Did Social Media Save SeaWorld?

The recent death of a park trainer by one of SeaWorld’s killer whales was all over the news. SeaWorld was quick to address the tragic issue, especially via their social media outlets (Twitter, Facebook, blog). In his article SeaWorld uses social media to react quickly to a major crisis for the Sun Sentinal, Seth Liss details how SeaWorld’s handling of the situation, and resulting public support, just may have saved the park.
